Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Pursuant to section 15 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Education has cancelled the integration agreement for St Joseph’s School, Leeston pursuant to section 11 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act and pursuant to section 12 of the said Act disestablished and closes the said school with effect from 31 December 1986.

Sale of Bay of Plenty Harbour Board Land

I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (a) of the Act, the sale of the land referred to in the First Part of the Schedule to this notice and pursuant to section 143A (1) and section 143C (1) (b) of the Act the sale of the land referred to in the Second Part of this Schedule to the notice by the Bay of Plenty Harbour Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

SCHEDULE

All those parcels of land more particularly described in the First and Second Parts of this Schedule to the notice being part of a subdivision of Allotments 17, 175 and 180, Tahawai Parish and Lot 1 on Deposited Plan S41834 (being part of Allotment 24, Tahawai Parish) and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 577, folio 291 and Volume 36C, folio 584 (South Auckland Registry).

Notice of Authorisation

Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Health, acting under section 19 (1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, has authorised the District Advisory Pharmacist named in the Schedule hereto to enter the premises of any person who carries on the business of a producer, manufacturer, seller, or distributor of any controlled drug, or who otherwise undertakes the supply or administration of any controlled drug, and to demand the production of, and to inspect, any books or documents relating to dealings in any controlled drug, and to inspect, weigh, measure and record the stocks of controlled drugs.

National Roads Board—Revokes Declaration of Old State Highway No. 2 and Declaring New State Highway No. 2

Pursuant to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board gives notice that the State highway described in the First Schedule below is revoked, and the new route described in the Second Schedule below is declared to be a State highway, within the meaning and for the purpose of the National Roads Act 1953.

FIRST SCHEDULE

That section of No. 2 State Highway from route position 406/8.75 to route position 416/0.96.

SECOND SCHEDULE

From route position 406/8.75 to route position 416/1.35.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road, State Highway No. 1

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 September 1986 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui to Bluff) from the south abutment of the Waianakarua rail overbridge to the junction of State Highway No. 85 (Palmerston), being a distance of 0.95 kilometres, to be a Limited Access Road.
