Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT TO Section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori
freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart
as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common
use and benefit of the people of the Kuha Marae.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori
freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common
use and benefit of the descendants of Mahaki Brown and other
members of the Te Aitanga-a-Mahaki Tribe and the adherents of
the Ringatu Church.

ALL that piece of land situated in Blocks III and IV. Waikohu Survey
District and described as follows:

Exclusion of Maori Freehold Land from a Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 (5) (a) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
reservation of Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
was set apart as a Maori reservation for the common use and benefit
of the members of the Ngati Hinehika Hapu by notice published
in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 21, page 664, dated 10 April 1969.
is hereby excluded and vested in those persons beneficially entitled
as at 19 February 1940.
