Cancellation of the Vesting in the Lindis-Hawea Pest Destruction Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Lindis-Hawea Pest Destruction Board and revokes the reservation for a site for rabbit board buildings, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares the land to be Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation over a road reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Matamata Borough Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
