The return trip from the Airport will also be delayed by 5 minutes. The timetable will read: Airport 10.15 p.m., Memorial/Ilam Road 10.22 p.m. arrives City 10.40 p.m. The amendments to the following licences with new trips as stated above will be run on a trial period for 6 months with the right to cancel without a hearing:

14. Licence No. 05838—Service 9/5 Burnside Crescent/New Brighton. The bus to Southshore, leaving the City at 4.35 p.m. has been retimed to leave the City at 4.40 p.m.. Aldwins Road 4.48 p.m., Rowan Avenue 4.55 p.m., New Brighton 5.01 p.m., arriving Southshore 5.16 p.m., Monday to Friday.

This bus currently runs from Burnside Crescent to the City prior to the trip to Southshore. The Burnside Crescent departure time will not alter but the bus will run through to New Brighton instead. The bus to Southshore will start in the City.

15. Licence No. 05835—Service No. 8 Yaldhurst Road. Licence No. 05836—Service No. 21 Woodbury Street. To adjust trip running times to Yaldhurst Road on Sundays, the timetable will read for first trip: Departs City 9.51 a.m. via Riccarton Road, arriving 10.14 a.m. All trips via Woodbury Street will depart the City as is now, but will have the running time cut down from 30 minutes to 25 minutes, thereby advancing all intermediate times by 5 minutes on the outbound trips and delaying the departure times and intermediate times by 5 minutes on the inbound trips.

16. Licence No. 05826 and 05835—Service No. 8/25 Templeton. The Kissel Street, Banks Street and a part of Kirk Road to be deleted from existing route. New route will be from Waterloo Road, right into Kirk Road, left onto Mahoe Street, right into Bailey Street and left again into Kirk Road to follow the route as is now. The copies of the proposed alteration route maps may be obtained from the offices of the Christchurch Transport Board, Carruca House, 24 Cathedral Square, Christchurch or from offices of the Secretary, No. 9 Transport Licensing Authority, Cumberland Street, Dunedin. PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport,

I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice

NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 2, 1986.

The area and roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

The Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 2, 1982, dated the 25th day of August 1982†, and the Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 2, 1983, dated the 6th day of April 1983‡, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 are revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Queenstown and Lakes District at Queenstown and Frankton:

No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill, via Nelson and Greymouth): from a point 80 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State highway from its intersection with No. 6A State Highway (Frankton-Queenstown) to a point 60 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said State highway from Gray Street.

No. 6A State Highway (Frankton-Queenstown): from No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill, via Nelson and Greymouth) to a point 100 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Yewlett Crescent and from a point 500 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Suburb Street to Beach Street.
