Waitemata City Council: Waitemata City Council Bylaw No. 13

I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, approve pursuant to section 21 (5) of the Waitemata City Council (West Harbour) Empowering Act 1979 the adoption of the Waitemata City Council Bylaw No. 13 by the Waitemata City Council relating to water activity within the areas of Waitemata Harbour marked A and B on plan M.D. 15976 (S.O. 53338) deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

Dated at Wellington this 2nd day of October 1986.

1. Licence No. 05840—Service No. 1 Claridges Road. The 5.23 p.m. trip from Claridges Road (Monday to Friday) has been retimed from Papanui. The timetable will read Claridges Road 5.23 p.m. via N.P., Papanui 5.33 p.m., Leinster Road, 5.38 p.m., City 5.48 p.m.

2. Licence No. 05840—Service No. 2 Takahe. New Trip: Leaves at Depot 6.02 a.m., PM Hospital 6.16 a.m., Takahe 6.26 a.m. Returns from Takahe 6.28 a.m., PM Hospital 6.38 a.m., Tenneyson Street 6.43 a.m., arriving City 6.55 a.m. (Monday to Friday).

3. Licence No. 05828—Service No. 4 Rangiora. The 9.35 a.m. trip from the City to Kaiapoi via Brooklands and Stewarts Gully will leave Stewarts Gully at 10.15 a.m. instead of 10.21 a.m. (Monday to Friday). Arrival time at Kaiapoi at 10.40 a.m., remains unchanged.

4. The return trip from Pines Beach, Monday to Thursday at 6 p.m., currently running “Non Service”, is to be timetabled and will read: Departs Pines Beach 6 p.m., Belfast 6.20 p.m., McFaddens Road 6.32 p.m., arriving City 6.45 p.m.

5. Licence No. 05838—Service No. 5 Southshore. The 8.11 a.m. trip from Southshore (Monday to Friday) is to be retimed 5 minutes. The timetable will read: Departs Southshore 8.06 a.m., New Brighton 8.18 a.m., Rowan Avenue 8.23 a.m., Aldwins Road 8.30 a.m., arrives City 8.45 a.m.

6. Licence No. 05828—Service No. 9/5 Burnside Crescent/New Brighton. The inbound trip from Burnside Crescent at 5.45 p.m. through to New Brighton, (Monday to Friday) to be advanced by 5 minutes. The timetable will read then: Departs Burnside Crescent 5.40 p.m., Fendalton 5.50 p.m., City 6.10 p.m., Aldwins Road 6.18 p.m., Rowan Avenue 6.25 p.m., arrives New Brighton 6.31 p.m. The return trip will be retimed partly and will read: Departs New Brighton at 6.38 p.m., Rowan Avenue 6.43 p.m., Aldwins Road 6.50 p.m., arrives City 7.05 p.m.

7. Licence No. 05828—Service No. 7 Sparks Road/Halswell. The trip at 10.45 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) from the City via Sparks Road Terminus and Sparks Road to Halswell Terminus, arriving at 11.15 p.m., sets down Halswell passengers currently on the return trip to the city. It is proposed to run the service from Sparks Road Terminus via Hendersons Road to Lincoln Road (Clarence Street 11.37 p.m.) to the depot.

8. Licence No. 05834—Service No. 12 St Martins and Service No. 20 PM Hospital. (Monday to Friday) New trip departs St Martins 6.33 a.m., arrives City 6.55 a.m. and departs PM Hospital at 7 a.m., arriving 7.22 a.m. New trip departs PM Hospital 6.28 a.m., Howard Street 6.37 a.m., arrives City 6.55 a.m. and departs for St Martins at 7 a.m., arriving 7.15 a.m. Because of these new trips several trips will be retimed. 9. Licence No. 05839—Service No. 16 Manuka Street. Because of the re-routing of the Manuka Street Service the timing point at Edgeware Road is proposed to be transferred to Warrington Street. The check point times will be advanced by 1 minute, on inbound trips only (Monday to Sunday).

10. Licence No. 05826—Service No. 17 Wairaki Road (Monday to Friday). New trip leaves City at 6.11 a.m., Leinster Road 6.21 a.m., arrives Wairaki Road 6.31 a.m. The return trip (new) will leave Wairaki Road at 6.33 a.m. Leinster Road 6.45 a.m. and arrive City 6.55 a.m.

11. Licence No. 05836—Service No. 21 Woodbury Street. To allow more time between Clyde Road timing point and terminus, times shown for this timing point on all outbound trips (Monday to Sunday) are to be altered, by making them all 3 minutes earlier.

12. Licence No. 05832/23—Service No. 23 Maces Road (Monday to Friday). New trip leaves Maces Road 6.45 a.m., Hay Street, 6.40 a.m., arrives City 6.55 a.m.
