Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block III,
Fitzroy Survey District, Great Barrier Island County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The
Great Barrier Island County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 124 (2), declares the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be a Government road;

(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the Government road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped; and

(d) Pursuant to section 42, declares the said stopped Government
road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Blocks V and VIII,
Awhitu Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road
described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

(i) Sections 2 and 3, Block VIII, Awhitu Survey District, shall
vest in Ivan Pellow Ltd. at Pukekohe, subject to
memoranda of mortgage No. 143359.4, 508230.1 and
555117.1, North Auckland Land Registry;

(ii) Section 4, Block VIII, Awhitu Survey District, shall vest in
Roger Vaughan Didsbury of Waiuku, farmer; and

(iii) Section 6, Block VIII, Awhitu Survey District, shall vest in
Gary Lewis Marson of Runciman, sharemilker and Alison
May Marson, his wife, as tenants in common in equal
shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 438239.7,
B. 285639.1, B. 496704.4 and B. 496704.5, North Auckland
Land Registry.
