Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block X, Takapau Survey District, Dannevirke County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Dannevirke County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the part of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares the said stopped road (now known as Town Section 5, Block X, Takapau Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title A/574, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and mortgage No. 438622.2 and 438622.3.

Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Blocks III and VII, Wharepapa Survey District, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 59, Block VII, Wharepapa Survey District, shall vest in McFall Enterprises Limited at Te Awamutu, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 044255 and H. 408354.1, South Auckland Land Registry.
