Land and Easements Over Land Acquired for Electricity Works in Block V, Otanewainuku Survey District, Tauranga County
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for electricity works and the easement described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for electricity works over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land and easements shall vest in The Tauranga City Council on the 11th day of September 1986.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Description of Easement
AN easement in gross over and along all the land described in the Third Schedule hereto with the full and free right for the Tauranga City Council by its agents, employees, engineers and contractors (in common with the owners) from time to time at all times by day and by night forever hereafter to pass and re-pass with or without such vehicles, implements or machinery that may be required by the Tauranga City Council to maintain its works and protect the shoreline of the Lower Mangapapa Reservoir and for the purpose of installing and maintaining along or beside the shoreline of the reservoir any measuring or other devices or to use and adapt parts of the said lands for the purpose of executing necessary works for the maintenance of the Lower Mangapapa Reservoir and the clearance or removal of any growth and foreign matters or deposits whatsoever in the Lower Mangapapa Reservoir and generally for all purposes connected with and enabling the Tauranga City Council to police and carry into effect its policy from time to time for the management and control of the Lower Mangapapa Reservoir provided that the owners shall not undertake any earthworks or make any launching ramps in the area comprising the easement without the consent of the Tauranga City Council being first had and obtained.
THIRD SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Over Which Easement is Acquired
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Otanewainuku Survey District, described as follows:
Part Allotment 717, Parish of Te Papa; marked “I” on S.O. Plan 50117.
Part Allotment 344, Parish of Te Papa; marked “V” on S.O. Plan 50119.
As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Declaring an Easement Acquired for Post Office Purposes (Transformer Site) in the Borough of Winton
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for post office purposes (transformer site) and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of September 1986.
FIRST SCHEDULE
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT

The full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for the Crown, its servants, agents, and workers, to construct and maintain a transformer station as is required for the distribution of electrical energy by the Crown, and for the purpose of constructing and maintaining the same the like right, liberty, and privilege to enter upon the said land.

The Crown shall fence the easement land using materials and design compatible with the existing fence at no cost to the owner.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 square metres, being part Section 13, Block XII, Town of Winton; as shown marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 10675, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill.

Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Block I, Town of Cromwell, Borough of Cromwell
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to mining licence No. 623266, for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of September 1986.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 235 square metres, being Section 12 and part Sections 16 and 17, Block I, Town of Cromwell. All certificate of title 8/38.
