Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a gravel reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, as scenic reserve, for the purpose as specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaring Railway Land at Cambridge to be Disposed of and Vested in the Cambridge Borough Council as a Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to sections 24 an 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of and vested in the Cambridge Borough Council as a recreation reserve.

PURSUANT to sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of April 1986 and published in the Gazette, 17 April 1986, No. 54, page 1585 and registered as Doc. 774697.2 in the Wellington Registry at Wellington by deleting therefrom the land description “Suburban Section 38, Town of Horopito West” and substituting the description “Section 48, Block XVI, Manganui Survey District”.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Porirua City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
