Land Acquired, Subject to Certain Rights and Restrictions for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in Block XI, Rangitiri Survey District, Waikato County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the mining rights created by conveyances No. 2881F (F. 2/786), 385589 (R. 537/521), 249229 (R. 257/519), 249230 (R. 257/520) to the building line restriction imposed by S. 23608, and to limited access road declaration H. 116306 South Auckland Land Registry, for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1981 and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of July 1986.

All that piece of land containing 1012 square metres, situated in Block X1, Rangitiri Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 2740 and being part Allotment 21, Parish of Taupiri excepting all mines and minerals from the said land excepted and reserved by conveyances No. 2881F (F. 2/786), 249229 (R. 257/519), 385589 (R. 537/521). All certificate of title No. 13A/335.

An Interest in Land Acquired, Subject to Mining Rights, for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in the Borough of Huntly

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Murray John Rainey under and by virtue of agreement for sale and purchase H. 483989, is hereby acquired, subject to the mining rights created by transfer 247454 South Auckland Land Registry, for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of July 1986.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (Te Kohanga Reo Whanau) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
