PURSUANT to sections 119, 121 and 136 of the Transport Act 1962, as amended by the Transport Amendment Act (No. 2) 1983, the No. 8 District Transport Licensing Authority (F. H. K. A8A/85/15 Linwell Motor Court (Nelson) Ltd., Picton: Application for a new Passenger Service Licence with the following proposed services:

  1. A scheduled service to coincide with Skyferry flights where the minibus will leave Picton 10 minutes before scheduled flight arrival times, and return when passengers are cleared.

The proposed timetable is as follows:

Depart Picton: 7.45 a.m., 9.15 a.m., 10.45 a.m., 1.15 p.m., 3 p.m., 4.30 p.m., 6 p.m.

Depart Koromiko Airfield: (approximately) 8.05 a.m., 9.35 a.m., 11.05 a.m., 1.35 p.m., 3.20 p.m., 4.50 p.m., 6.20 p.m.

Proposed route as follows:

All trips depart from 8 London Quay, Picton, proceed south along High Street to Newmans Coachlines Depot (Pick-up-Point), then along Waitohi Road to State Highway No. 1 and onto Koromiko Airfield.

Distance 8 kilometres. Return trip Koromiko Airfield/Picton is the reverse of the outward trip.

  1. A minibus service linking launch services between Onahau Bay and Te Mahia a distance of 3.5 km, also to St Omer and Kenepuru Head airfields as required, at times dictated by arrival of cruise launches.
