All roads within the area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the northern bank of Thomas River and the western side of the No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch-Kumara) proceeding westerly and northerly generally along that river bank to a point 1400 metres measured easterly and northerly generally along that river bank from the No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch-Kumara); thence north-easterly generally by a right line to a point on the western side of the No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch-Kumara) 1000 metres measured easterly and northerly generally along the No. 73 State Highway from the north bank of the Thomas River; thence southerly generally along that roadside to the commencing point.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 3, 1986.

The Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 1, 1970, dated the 26th day of August 1970*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is revoked.


SCHEDULE

Situated within Malvern County at Sheffield:

No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch - Kumara Junction) from a point 400 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said State highway from Malvern Hills Road to a point 80 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said State highway from Roccombe Road.

Curve Road: from the No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch - Kumara Junction) to a point 250 metres measured easterly generally along Curve Road from Tramway Road.

Duke Street.

Good Street.

Malvern Hills Road: from the No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch - Kumara Junction) to a point 150 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from Vogel Street.

New Street.

Roccombe Road: from the No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch - Kumara Junction) to Wrights Road.

Tramway Road: from Roccombe Road to a point 50 metres measured south-easterly generally along Tramway Road from Curve Road.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following 2 schools:

St Joseph’s School, Onehunga.
St Joseph’s School, Opotiki.

The said supplementary integration agreements came into effect on 10 January 1986. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any person at the offices of the said schools.
