Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XI, Clarendon and
Block XXIV, Waihola Survey Districts, Bruce County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974 and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant
Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land
described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown
by the Bruce County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and
on the publication of this notice the land shall be deemed to be
Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
