Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1)(a) of the said Act.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying Reserves

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 the Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby amends an error in the notice classifying local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserves dated 18 October 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 October 1985, No. 185, page 4324 by omitting from the said notice 91.8636 hectares, more or less, being Section 172, Omaka Registration District, situated in Block XVI, Onamalutu Survey District, and inserting in its place 91.8636 hectares, more or less, being part Section 172, Omaka Registration District, situated in Block XVI, Onamalutu Survey District.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve
