Mount Eden Borough Boundary Definition Notice 1986
PURSUANT to section 48 of the Local Government Act 1974, the Secretary for Local Government gives the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Mount Eden Borough Boundary Definition Notice 1986.

The boundaries of Mount Eden Borough are hereby defined as set out in the Schedule hereto, those boundaries having been altered by notice signed by the Minister of Local Government on 11 December 1981 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 December 1981, No. 151, page 3818.

BOUNDARIES OF MOUNT EDEN BOROUGH
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Eden containing 599 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the southern side of Shaddock Street and the western side of Mount Eden Road in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District and proceeding southerly along the western side of Mount Eden Road to a point in line with the production of the southern side of Boston Road; thence easterly across Mount Eden Road to and along the southern side of Boston Road crossing the intervening Normanby Road to the south-western side of Reeves Road in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District; thence south-easterly along that south-western side to the western side of Mountain Road, thence southerly along that western side to the north-western side of Clive Road; thence south-westerly along the north-western side of the production of that boundary to the south-western boundary of part Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland (part Mount Eden Domain Recreation Reserve) (shown G on S.O. 55658);
