PURSUANT to section 193 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Wellington Tobacconists’ and Hairdressers’ Industrial Union of Employers, registered No. 1860, situated at 155 Willis Street, Wellington (P.O. Box 51-119. Tawa) will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft amendment is being circulated.

Experience with the application of this Standard, especially difficulty in fitting the required number of lines on some pages, and manufacture changes have shown a need for these modifications.

All persons who may be affected by this publication and who desire to comment thereon may obtain copies from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Wellington Trade Centre, 181–187 Victoria Street (or Private Bag), Wellington. The closing date for receipt of comment is 5 September 1986.

Grey County no Longer Designated Rural Meat Area (Notice No. 3843, Ag. 15/10/7 Wd. 12 N22)

PURSUANT to section 2 (3) of the Meat Act 1981, I hereby declare the rural meat area described as Grey County (that part of the Grey County to the south west of the Grey River bounded from a point commencing at Stillwater Creek, to the junction of the Waipuna Road with the State Highway No. 7, to a limit defined by a line from where the Waipuna Road meets the Clarke River and from thence south to Mount Newcombe, south west to Inchbonnie (including the settlement) and from there in a northerly direction following the road via Mitchells, Aratika, Kaimata, returning to the commencement point at Stillwater, but excluding the area at Kokiri, west of Candlelight Creek) to be no longer designated a rural meat area.

Approval of Motorcycle Driving Schools

PURSUANT to section 48 (2) (b) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986*, I. Derek Ernest Homewood, Secretary for Transport, hereby approve the motorcycle driving schools listed in the Schedule hereto to the effect that they may issue certificates of driving instruction to enable a person to obtain a full licence to drive a motorcycle in accordance with regulation 33 of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1985.

(d) Add the right to cart general goods and parcels.
