1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Manawatu Licensing Committee on 27 October 1983 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Rutland Tavern—Palatiaua.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

This approval is given for vehicle evaluation by Todd Motors and shall be limited initially for a period up to and including 31 May 1986.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
Pursuant to sections 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 19 April 1985 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Mid-City Tavern.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

LPG Fuel System Approval
Pursuant to regulation 90B of the Traffic Regulations 1976 (as inserted by the Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 7) and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Robert Norman Abram, Chief Automotive Engineer, hereby approve the components listed in the First Schedule hereto for inclusion only in the LPG fuel system of the vehicle listed in the Second Schedule hereto which in all other respects are installed and operated in accordance with the requirements of New Zealand Standard NZS 5422 Part 1, 1980 (and any standard made in amendment thereto or in substitution therefor) subject to the conditions (if any) set out in respect of any component in the said Schedule.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LPG fuel tank which complies with the Japanese High Pressure Gas Control Law for motor vehicles of material to Class 1 (symbol S.G. 30) of JIS G3116.
Transport Licensing Sitting
Pursuant to section 124 and 136 of the Transport Act 1962, the No. 6 Transport Licensing Authority (W. M. O’Brien), has received the under-mentioned applications and will hold a public sitting at the Conference Room, Ballance House, Ministry of Transport Office, Park Place, Wanganui on Wednesday, 5 June 1985, commencing not before 11 a.m.

O’Brien), gives notice of the under-mentioned applications and will hold a public sitting at the Ministry of Transport Office, corner Devon and Eliot Streets, New Plymouth Conference Room on Thursday, 6 June 1985, commencing not before 11 a.m. to hear evidence for or against granting them.
Goods Amendment A6/85/148 Raymond James Hall and Kay Francis Hall, 13 McKellar Street, Oakura: Amend Goods Transport Service Licence No. 09042 by adding the following special condition:
Exempt from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 to cart general goods which have been, or are to be conveyed by rail to or from the following stations pursuant to special contracts with the New Zealand Railways Corporation.
(a) New Plymouth Station—Exempt area to be bounded by Stratford, Te Wera and Hawera stations.
(b) Hawera Station—Exempt area to be bounded by Stratford, Te Wera and Waverley stations.
The carrier’s waybill must show relevant rail consignment note or wagon number for all goods carried under this exemption.
