Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board
of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice
Hamilton 1985, No. 3. -
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
revoked. -
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Housing Purposes
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways
Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation,
with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby
declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart, subject to the Housing Act 1955, for State housing
purposes.

North Island Raspberry Marketing Committee Elections (Notice

Pursuant to regulation 15(4) of the Raspberry Marketing
Regulations 1979, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons
qualified to vote for the election of 4 producers’ representatives to
the North Island Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for
inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz.:
Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Head Office, Wellington;
Auckland; Hamilton; Te Kuiti; Tauranga; Whakatane; Te
Awamutu; Matamata; Hastings; Masterton; New Plymouth;
Hawera; Stratford; Palmerston North; Levin; Wanganui and
Marton.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7
days from 23 May 1985, during which period any person may lodge
with the Returning Officer an objection in writing under his hand
to any entry on the roll.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the

and Fisheries, Palmerston North and nominations close not later
