NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949, as State forest land.

2099 square metres, more or less, being Lots 12 and 13, Block VI on D.P. 28 and being also part Section 5, Block XIII, Huiroa Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 84, folio 1220.

5059 square metres, more or less, being Lots 10, 11, 23, 24 and 25, Block VI on D.P. 28 and being also part Section 5, Block XIII, Huiroa Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume B1, folio 1083.

All above as shown on plan Q. 20/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 22 of the Forests Act 1949, as substituted by section 7 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976, the Minister of Forests has exchanged the State forest land described in the First Schedule hereto for other land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—WAITAKI COUNTY

1618 square metres, more or less, being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 5913 and being part Section 38, Block V, Otepopo District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1957, page 1787; as shown on plan J42/3.

SECOND SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—WAITAKI COUNTY

809 square metres, more or less, being Lot 10, D.P. 5913 and being part Section 38, Block V, Otepopo District. All certificate of title, Volume 10A, folio 957; as shown on plan J42/4.

809 square metres, more or less, being Lot 11, D.P. 5913 and being part Section 38, Block V, Otepopo District. All certificate of title, Volume 10A, folio 956; as shown on plan J42/5.

The Standards Act 1965—Standard Specification Proposed for Revocation

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned New Zealand standard specification has been recommended for revocation pursuant to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965.

Any person who may be affected by the proposal to revoke this standard specification, and who wishes to object to its revocation, is invited to submit comments to the Standards Association of New Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington, not later than 30 June 1985.
