(11) Te Pohue Lake, 27.5186 ha adjoining Lots 1 and 2, D.P.
9608 of Blocks XXV and XXVI, Patoka CGD, Block XIII,
Maungaharuru S.D.

(12) The property of the Waipukurau Golf Club, Pukeora.

(13) Property of Mr B. W. Lindeman, Poraite, Napier.

(14) The bed of the Karamu Stream, Havelock North from the
confluence of the Herehere Stream (near Lipscombe Crescent)
downstream to the confluence of the Karituwhenua stream 100
metres below Crosse's Road Bridge.

(15) The Clive River and flood channel from the State Highway
No. 2 roadbridge at Clive, upstream for 800 metres to Dean's corner.

Hobson Acclimatisation District

(1) Dargaville, Borough of Dargaville.

(2) W. J. Mathieson's property at Hukatere, called "Willowbrook",
comprising 206.7947 hectares, being part Section 5, and all Sections
8, 9, 10, 11, 27, and 28, Block I, Hukatere S.D.

(3) Taharoa Lake.

Mangonui-Whangaroa Acclimatisation District

(1) Lake Ngatu and a 20 metre strip of land surrounding it, situated
in Block VIII, Opoe S.D., on the western side of the road running
from Sweetwater to Ninety Mile Beach, which road is bounded by
Section 27.

(2) Kaitaia Borough.

(3) Lot 1, D.P. 43463, Lot 1, D.P. 49811, Section 55 and part
Sections 49 and 57, Block X, Takahue S.D. Present occupier, Kaitaia
Lime Works Ltd., Larmers road, Kaitaia.

(4) Section 1, Block X, Takahue S.D., Kaitaia Borough Council's
Water Conservation Area containing approximately 496.5493
hectares.

(5) That portion of the Kaeo River between the Manganui-Whangaroa
junction bridge and the bridge on Hospital Road together
with:

(a) All the land lying between this portion of the river and the
Mangonui-Whangaroa to Kaeo Main Highway.

(b) The S.W. Kenney Estate (37.5726 hectares) on the western
side of the river.

(c) The Waikoura Stream and all land on each side of the stream
inside the stopbanks from the bridge on the
Kaeo Whangaroa Road to Waller's Bridge.

Marlborough Acclimatisation District

(1) Opawa River, and land within 90 metres of the river margin,
from the Grove Road bridge to the sign-post below H. Hester's
factory at Riverlands including the upper section of Roses Overflow.

(2) Taylor Retention Dam Reserve.

(3) The Marlborough Golf Club property at Fairhall.

Nelson Acclimatisation District

(1) The property of G.A. Palmer, Lower Moutere.

North Canterbury Acclimatisation District

(1) Ahuriri Lagoonโ€”All that area of land in the Canterbury land
District situated in Block X, Halswell S.D., in the Counties of
Ellesmere and Halswell, containing approximately 249 hectares being
Rural Sections 11167, the property of Misses A. and M. S. Welsh,
and 31239, part Rural Section 3319, the property of Mr D. Mora,
part Reserve 3598, including Lots 1 and 2, and Lots 4 to 11,
inclusive, leased by the North Canterbury Catchment Board, Crown
land and road reserves: commencing at the north-western corner
of Rural Section 11167 on the eastern boundary of Burke's Drain
and road reserve and proceeding in an easterly direction along the
northern boundaries of Rural Section 11167 and Reserve 3598 to
the south-eastern corner of Rural Section 11165; thence easterly in
a straight line crossing Reserve 3598 to the south-eastern corner of
Rural Section 11166; thence easterly along the northern boundaries
of Reserve 3598 and Rural Section 31239 to the north-eastern corner
of Rural Section 31239 at the western side of the Christchurch-Akaroa Main Highway; thence southerly, south-easterly, and easterly

along the said highway and crossing road reserve, the old course of
the Halswell River, and road reserve to the south-east of the road
reserve along the south bank of the old course of the Halswell River;
thence south-westerly along the south-east side of the said road
reserve to the eastern side of the road reserve on the eastern bank
of the Halswell Canal; thence south-easterly by a straight line across
the said road reserve and the Halswell Canal to the southern
boundary of Reserve 3598 on the western bank of the said Halswell
Canal; thence generally westerly along the southern boundary of
Reserve 3598 and across Matthews Road and continuing along the
southern boundary of Reserve 3598 to the south-eastern side of
Davidsons Road; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern side
of Davidsons Road to the southern bank of the Halswell river.

(2) All that area of land containing 14 hectares, more or less, on
the property of Mr D. N. Halliday "Aborfield" adjoining the Selwyn
River in the Ellesmere district and as further defined by the erection
of white-painted posts.

(3) All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District known
as the Washpen and bounded by a line commencing at the
intersection of the Waikari-Reefton State Highway No. 72 and the
Waikari-Waitohi Main Highway No. 143; thence south-westerly
along the northern side of the Waikari-Waitohi Main Highway No.
143 and bounding Lot 1, D.P. 5471, occupied by Mr F. G. Forrester,
for a distance of 1392.163 metres; thence continuing along the
northern side of the said main highway for a distance of 193.5236
metres and bounding part R S 7540, D.P. 1525, the property of Mr
D. J. Cunningham and Mr R. Stewart; thence in a north-westerly
direction through the said R.S. 7540, D.P. 1525, and Lot 2, D.P.
11568, owned and occupied by Mr R. N. Gilbert, for a distance of
1257.3 metres to Gilberts Road; thence along this southern side of
Gilberts Road in an easterly direction for 2402.5796 metres to the
intersection of Gilberts Road and Waikari-Reefton State Highway
No. 72; thence along the western side of the Waikari-Reefton State
Highway No. 72, in a southerly direction for a distance of 284.5521
metres to the intersection of the Waikari-Reefton State Highway
No. 72 and Waikari-Waitohi Main Highway No. 143 the point of
commencement, and as may be further defined by the erection of
white-painted posts.

(4) All that area of land, being parts Section 14 and 15, Blocks 8
and 12, in the Skiddaw S.D, known as Horseshoe Lake on Glynn
Wye Station, owned by Edward Percy Harold Burbery, and
commencing at a point being the eastern end of Kakapo Brook
Bridge on State Highway No. 72 and proceeding in a southerly and
easterly direction along the southern side of State Highway No. 72
for a distance of 1124.2274 metres; thence in a southerly direction
for a distance of 251.46 metres; thence in a westerly direction for
a distance of 653.796 metres; thence in a northerly direction along
the east bank of Kakapo Brook for a distance of 1107.6310 metres
to the eastern end of Kakapo Brook Bridge on State Highway No.
72, the point of commencement, and as may be further defined by
the erection of white-painted posts.

(5) The Heathcote river and all its tributaries from the Lincoln
Road bridge to the Ferry Road bridge.

(6) Land at Ohoka, namely: all that area in the Canterbury Land
District, Eyre County, containing 23.9574 hectares, more or less,
being Lot 3, Deposited Plan No. 1641, and being part Rural Section
1115 (all certificate of title, Volume 545, folio 10); parts Rural Section
1114 (all certificate of title, volume 148, folio 47); Rural Sections
8503, 8504, 8505, and parts Rural Sections 111 and 1615 (all
certificates of title, Volume 430, folio 179). All situated in Block
XIV, Rangiora S.D., and as may be further defined by the erection
of white-painted posts.

(7) The River Avon from its source in Rural Sections 177 and
144, Block X, Christchurch Survey District, to the Pleasant Point
Bridge between Rural Section 11212 and 14342, Block XII,
Christchurch S.D., including the Waimairi and Wairarapa Streams,
Dudleys Creek; and all other tributaries of the River Avon, and of
the said streams and creek.

(8) Cheviot or St Anne's Lagoonโ€”Those parts of St Anne's Lagoon
(commonly known as Cheviot Lagoon), situated on part Section
27, Block IV, and parts Sections 1 and 4, Block VII, Cheviot S.D.,
together with a strip of land 45.72 metres in width along the margins
thereof as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted
posts. On the remainder of this lagoon and land adjoining (being
Reserve 3146) shooting is prohibited as it is a reserve pursuant to
the Reserves Act 1977.

(9) An area of land R. 3938 situated in the Canterbury Land
District and known as the Coutts Island Reserve being an area of
9.3078 hectares.

(10) Rangiora Borough Council oxidation ponds, and area of
farmland in the immediate vicinity, being the properties of Messrs
K. J. Brosman, H. C. Welsford, and Spark Brothers, comprising
41.3096 hectares, more or less, and as further defined by the erection
of white-painted posts.

(11) The property of Mr and Mrs N. Isaac, Harewood, comprising
24.7939 hectares, more or less, contained in Lot 1, D.P. 17014, Part
R.S. 3060, Lot 1, D.P. 21725, and as further defined by the erection
of white-painted posts.
