(3) All those areas situated in Blocks XI and XV, Kawakawa S.D., comprising part Section 140, Block XV, Kawakawa S.D., containing 67.7445 hectares, part Waipuna Block, containing 151.1933 hectares Tautoroamaitimaku No. 1, 79.5967 hectares, Section 45 Kawakawa Parish, 16.1875 hectares, Sections 47, 48, 49 and 50 Kawakawa Parish, 64.7498 hectares, part Lots 1, 2, 3 D.P. 12733, of Block XV, Kawakawa S.D., and part Waipuna Block, containing 202.2647 hectares, the property of the Auckland Farmers’ Freezing Coy. Ltd.

(4) All that area in Block II, Mangamuka S.D., being that part of the bed of the Mangamuka River covered by tidal waters and extending southward from a line running due east across the aforesaid river from the mouth of the Mangataipa Stream to another line across the Mangamuka River aforesaid between the southern corner of Section 6 and the south-eastern corner of Section 8 of the aforesaid Block II, Mangamuka S.D.

Central North Island Wildlife Conservancy

(1) Blue Lake.

(2) Lake Rotoiti including the swamp area on Rotoiti 1B Block near Otaimarama, but excluding the area from Motoutawa Point of Ngarehu Point within 200 metres of the shore.

(3) All that portion of Lake Rotorua within 200 metres of the shore between Motutara Point and the mouth of Fairy Springs Stream.

(4) All that portion of Lake Rotorua within 200 metres of the shore between the Waikuta and Waitei streams.

(5) Property of Mr W. D. Martin lying east of Valley Road, Ngongotaha.

(6) The Edgecumbe sewage oxidation pond. Lot 1, D.P. S. 10581, being part Section 95, Omehu Settlement, Block III Rangitaiki Upper S.D.

(7) The Tanepua sewage oxidation ponds comprising 4.9233 hectares. Block IX, Whakatane S.D., part Lot 2, D.P. S. 15133.

(8) Lake Rotoaira and the land within 1.6 kilometres of the shore of the lake.

(9) The artificial lake on the Hinemaiaia Stream created by a dam erected for hydro-electric power generation.

(10) All that portion of Lake Taupo contained within 200 metres of the shore commencing at a point 200 metres west of the Government Wharf at Motuoapa Bay, to a point 300 metres east of the same wharf.

(11) Taupo Plant Nursery—Spa Farm.

(12) All that area at Waihau Bay, Opotiki County, the property of Mr J. Walker, being Matapapa 2A2A1, 2A2A2, 2A2A, 2A2B and 2A2C, Whakatane River Diversion area description.

(13) All that land in the vicinity of Tuai, occupied by the New Zealand Electricity Department, including therein the village of Tuai and Kaitawa and certain surrounding land.

Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 18662 of Allotment 10 and Allotment 407, acretions, Waimana Parish, Block 1, Whakatane Survey District. Plans S.O. 43796 and 44673; thence in a direct line across the river diversion cut to part Allotment 30 2 1 and thence down the stopbank which surrounds the impoundment on that land acquired and controlled by the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council to the commencement point, being part of Lot 2, Whakatane District Council.

(17) The Ohope sewage oxidation ponds, comprising a total of 5.0530 hectares. Part Allotment 247, Block VI, Waimana Parish; part allotment 246B/2C2B2, Block III, Waimana Parish; part allotment 246BA, Block III, Waimana Parish.

(18) Blackburn Pond and 400 metres surrounding same, the property of W. B. Veitch, Pehir.

(19) All that part of Tauwharemoa Al Block being 10.0615 hectares, Whangarei S. D. The property of the proprietors of Pakaraka A and other blocks.

(20) Lake Kaikorie and an area of land 400 metres from the lake shores. Property of Robert Berry, Tinoroto.

(21) Section 34, Block II, Hunua S.D., the property of Mr Neville Tylec, Manunui.

(22) Lake Rotokawa as shown in Block XIV, Rotorua Survey District, adjoining S. H. 30 in the suburb of Rotokawa.

(23) Sections 11 and 12 Block VI, Makotuku S.D., on the property of A.K. McLean, Hukarere Road.

(24) Murupara Borough Council Oxidation Ponds. All that piece of land containing 10.0261 hectares, more or less, being part of the Whirinaki Number 1, Section 2A Block, situated in Block XIII, of the Galatea S.D., in the County of Whakatane being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 86, folio 149, South Auckland Registry and shown as coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan No. 43395.

(25) All that portion of Lake Taupo known as Whangamata Bay adjoining Block VI, Tuhingamata West S.D. and Block XVI, Marotiri S.D., north of a line between Te Kauwae Point and Paparaun Point.

(26) An area about the Aniwaniwa Electricity Generating Station being: all that portion of Lake Aniwaniwa from the barrage 1 kilometre upstream and to a point 500 metres up the Pokairoa Arm of the Lake; the water canal between the barrage and the head pond; the head pond and power house to a point 500 metres up the Pukeheke Stream Arm; the Rangitaiki River from the barrage to the power house below the Aniwaniwa Falls. The areas described are defined by marker posts and notices.

(27) All of Lake Maraetai (and extending 50 metres inland from the shoreline) with the exception of an area of lake edge and extending 100 metres into the lake, commencing from a point marked by a white post to the east of the New Zealand Forest Products Water Intake and generally in a southerly direction along the eastern side of Lake Maraetai (including all embayments and the Twin Lakes area) to a point marked by a white post opposite Sandy Bay. The closed game area shall include all of Kopakorahi Stream from its outlet into Lake Maraetai to the bridge on the Whakamaru-Taupo Highway (Mangakino Road) and all land within 50 metres of its banks, and the Mangakino Stream to a point upstream of the Mangakino-Whakamaru Road (State Highway 30) bridge as marked by a white post.

Hawkes Bay Acclimatisation District

(1) The property of Aohivi Station Partnership, Puketitiri.

(2) Tutira Station, the property of Estate late H. Guthrie-Smith.

(3) The swamp on the boundary of the properties of Te Aratipi Ltd. and S. T. Belcher, part of Waimarama.

(4) Mahangaiti Lagoon (Lake Kaitoki), Dannevirke, and an area
