Easement Granted for Right of Way in Block IV, Omapere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 103 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development grants to Malcolm Stanley Hutchings and Marilyn Hutchings of Okaihau, and George Middleton Palmer of Kaikohe, the easement described in the First Schedule hereto, which is to be forever appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
