Easement Granted for Right of Way in Block IV, Kawakawa
Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 103 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development grants to Joe Matthews Limited at
Whangarei, the easement described in the First Schedule hereto,
which is to be forever appurtenant to the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

Easement Granted

A right of way easement in favour of Joe Matthews Limited (together
with its successors in title called the grantee) over that piece of land
containing 241 square metres, being part Lot 2, D.P. 45719, marked
“A” on S.O. Plan 58614, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor
at Auckland. There shall be implied in favour of the grantee the
rights and powers set forth in the Seventh Schedule of the Land
Transfer Act 1952.
