Declaring Road in Block XIII, Waoku Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 10) and Road Purposes in Block VIII, Kaeo Survey District, Whangaroa County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 15th day of January 1985, published in the Gazette of 24 January 1985 at page 250, declaring land acquired for road (State Highway No. 10) and road purposes, by omitting the First Schedule of the declaration and substituting the following Schedule.

Declaring Recreation Reserve to be Set Apart for Road, and Road Stopped in the County of Rangitikei

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 52 declares the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, which pursuant to section 11 (A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 54, and shall remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the Mangaweka Recreation Reserve (New Zealand Gazette, 1982, page 2714; GN 514371.2).

Declaring Land to be Acquired for Road in Cheviot County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of March 1985.
