PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 8th day of October 1984, published in the Gazette, 18 October 1984, No. 188, page 4512, declaring land held for the establishment and development of the Turangi Township to be Crown land in the County of Taupo, by adding after the words and figures “Special order 769851” the following:
“and subject, as to Lot 79, D.P. 27350, to the electric power easement created by Gazette notice 609663.1.”
