Land Acquired for Regional Road in the Borough of One Tree Hill

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for regional road and shall vest in The Auckland Regional Authority on the 7th day of March 1985.

Land Acquired, Subject to a Fencing Covenant, for a Penal Institution in the Borough of Pukekohe

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer No. 171031, for a penal institution and shall vest in the Crown on the 7th day of March 1985.
