Classification of Reserves and Vesting in the Taupo County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, as local purpose reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves, and vests the said reserves in the Taupo County Council in trust for that purpose.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Tauranga County Council on the 19th day of November 1984:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga County Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said Council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act.”
