Declaring Water Pipeline and Water Storage, Sewage Pipeline, and Effluent Disposal Easements Acquired for a State Primary School in Blocks XV and XVI, Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a water pipeline and water storage easement and sewage pipeline and effluent disposal easement over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in the Crown (herein called “the grantee”) the rights and powers contained in paragraphs 2, 4 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, together with the additional rights and conditions contained in the Second Schedule hereto, such easements to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 7th day of March 1985.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
The grantee has the full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty and privilege from time to time and at all times to hold water in and to lay place, inspect, service, maintain and renew the 3 water tanks on the land described in the First Schedule hereto.
The costs of inspecting, servicing, maintaining and renewing the water tanks and water pipelines shall be borne by the grantee.
