Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block VII, Maruia
Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in
the Schedule hereto shall vest in N. L. Peacock and Sons Limited,
at Murchison, saving and excepting all minerals within the meaning
of the Land Act 1924 on or under the land reserving always to Her
Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the
said minerals a right of ingress, egress, and regress over the said
land, and subject to section 315 of the Land Act 1924, mortgage
No. 172471.1, notice of Statutory Land Charge No. 197357.1 and
certificate under section 306 (1) (f) (i) of the Local Government Act
1974, Nelson Land Registry.
