The Traffic (Westland County) Notice No. 3, 1969, dated the 15th day of September 1969†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.

The Traffic (Takapuna City and East Coast Bays City) Notice No. 1, 1985

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Takapuna City and East Coast Bays City) Notice No. 1, 1985.

The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

Signed the 31st day of January 1985†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.

Spencer Road: from East Coast Road to a point 480 metres measured westerly, generally, along Spencer Road from East Coast Road.

Schnapper Rock Road: from its southern intersection with the Albany Highway to a point 600 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from the Albany Highway and from its northern intersection with the Albany Highway to a point 350 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said road from the Albany Highway.

The Road Classification (Wanganui County) Notice No. 1, 1985

PURSUANT to regulation 3(8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited at the Road Classification (Wanganui County) Notice No. 1, 1985.

2. The Wanganui County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

3. The Road Classification (Wanganui County) Notice No. 1, 1982, dated the 30th day of April 1982†, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, which relates to the roads described in the Schedule, is revoked.
