Land Acquired for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Foxton

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the right of way specified in easement certificate 111462.2 and the fencing covenant in transfer 132921.2 for Maori housing purposes, and shall vest in the Crown on the 5th day of December 1985.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land as State Forest Land—Auckland Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949 (as amended by the Forests Amendment Act 1970), the notice setting apart Crown land as State forest land dated the 30th day of July 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 August 1984, Volume 58D, No. 132 at page 2924, is amended by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Hurunui County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
