Classification and Naming of Reserve and Union Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be classified a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further declares that the scenic reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto shall hereafter be known as Lochmara Bay Scenic Reserve, and further declares that on and after the date of publication of this notice the reserves described in the Schedules hereto shall be united to form one reserve to be known as the Lochmara Bay Scenic Reserve.

FIRST SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

325.2493 hectares, more or less (337.4828 hectares by all transfers 29283 and 53843 and part transfer 126187), being part Lot 2, D.P. 2450, Block IV and Sections 22 and 23 (formerly part Section 97, Queen Charlotte Sound Registration District, situated in Block IV, part Sections 78 and 88, Queen Charlotte Sound Registration District, part Section 21 and part Deeds Plan 71), Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District. Reserved for scenic purposes by all transfers 29283 and 53843. Reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 by part transfer 126187. All certificates of title 58/120 and 1D/293 and part certificate of title 3E/1208. S.O. Plan 6436. Subject to a right to convey water created by transfers 52738, 53000, 53041 and 53843.

Change of the name of the Haywards Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Crowns Lands hereby declares that the scenic reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Haywards Scenic Reserve shall hereafter be known as the Hayward Eastern Hills Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve
