Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped
and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks II and III,
Mangaone Survey District, Eketahuna County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
9th day of August 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 15 August 1985, No. 151, at page 3510, declaring land to be road,
road stopped and vested and land taken and vested by omitting
the following:

“(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described
in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be vested
in Peter Ernest Reichenbach of Rongomai, farmer, subject
to memorandum of mortgage No. 868978, Wellington Land
Registry.”

and substituting the following:

“(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described
in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be vested
in Shirley May Reichenbach of Rongomai, married woman,
subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 868978,
Wellington Land Registry.”

and by omitting the following:

“(h) Declares the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119 (1), and declares that area shall
be incorporated in certificate of title No. 19D/775,
Wellington Land Registry.”

and substituting the following:

“(h) Declares the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119 (1), and declares that area shall

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block XII,
Kaiteriteri Survey District, Waimea County

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in
the Schedule hereto shall vest in Kenneth Harold Pearce Beck of
Richmond, county engineer and Babette Gissane Beck of Richmond,
married woman (jointly as to an undivided two-thirds share) and
Paul Philip Beck of Christchurch, airman (as to an undivided one-
sixth share) and Christopher James Beck of Richmond, student (as
to an undivided one-sixth share) as tenants in common in the said
shares.

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Rangiora District

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which
has become road, limited access road and State highway and
pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall
form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on
the 5th day of December 1985.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect

is hereby acquired for a limited access road and has pursuant to
section 153 (2) of the Public Works Act 1981, become road,
limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown
on the 5th day of December 1985.
