Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 2

IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 20 November 1985 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2, Katikati to Apata section for a width of 13 metres on the eastern side commencing at the point of junction of the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 27396 (C.T. 25C/573) with the road and extending southwards for 150 metres across the frontages of Lot D.P. S. 27396 (C.T. 25C/573) are more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 23/32/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Manager, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 2

IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 20 November 1985 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2, Bethlehem to Tauranga section, for a width of 13 metres on the southern side commencing at the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. S. 31128, (C.T. 28A/228 and extending westwards for 200 metres across the frontages of the said Lot 2 and of Lot 1, D.P. G. 31128, C.T. 28A/227 as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 23/34/5 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Manager, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

S. 28825, C.T. 26D/218 as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 23/33/5 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Manager, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

S. 29059 (C.T. 26C/65 and 66) as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 23/37/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Manager, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
