of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

The New Zealand Technical Correspondence Institute Notice
1983, Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to section 69 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister
of Education hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Technical
    Correspondence Institute Notice 1983, Amendment No. 1 and shall
    be read together and deemed part of the New Zealand Technical
    Correspondence Notice 1983* (hereinafter referred to as the principal
    notice).

    (b) This notice shall come into force on its date of publication in
    the Gazette.

  2. Clause 2 (j) of the principal notice is hereby amended to read:
    2 (j) Two members co-opted by the council itself, if and when
    it thinks fit.

  3. Clause 3 (5) of the principal notice is hereby amended to read:
    (3 (5) Every co-opted member shall be appointed for such
    term as the council may determine not exceeding 3 years. Each
    co-opted member may be reappointed and such member's
    appointment may be cancelled at any time by the council.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is hereby given that the Minister of
Education has cancelled the integration agreement for Erskine
College, Island Bay, pursuant to section 11 of the Private Schools
Conditional Integration Act 1975 and pursuant to section 12 of
the said Act disestablishes and closes the said school with effect from
31 December 1985.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State
Highway No. 29

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated
20 November 1985 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works
Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 29, Hinuera
to Piarere section for a width of 13 metres on the south-eastern side
extending for 60 metres across the frontages of Lots 1 and 2, D.P.
S. 30452 (C.T. 27B/544 and 545) commencing 457 metres south-
west of the point as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan
LA 23/112/4 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the
Resident Manager, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton
and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access
road.
