Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as recreation reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
