I, Beryl Ann Ranger, Senior Executive Officer (Harbours and Foreshores), pursuant to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950 and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby approve the Ohinemuri County Council, Waihi and Whiritoa Beaches Foreshore Control Bylaws 1985 made by special order on 28 August 1985 and confirmed at a meeting on 16 October 1985.

The Marine Pollution (Approval of Dispersants) Notice
PURSUANT to regulation 4 of the Marine Pollution (Dispersants and Exceptions) Regulations 1975, I Hubert David Maurice Jones, the Director of the Marine Division of the Ministry of Transport, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE
The dispersant known as ENERSPERSE 1037, retailed in New Zealand by BP Chemicals NZ Ltd, is hereby approved for the purposes of the Marine Pollution (Dispersants and Exceptions) Regulations 1975.

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Board Land
I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143a (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143a (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (i) of the said Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Wanganui Harbour Board, pursuant to section 143C of the said Act, and I specify that this approval is effective from the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
All that parcel of land containing 695 square metres, more or less, situated in the City of Wanganui being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 9076 and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 505, folio 167 (Wellington Registry).

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Taranaki Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee on 4 October 1985 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the Licensed Premises known as the Fitzroy Tavern, New Plymouth.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (not being Xmas Day)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday (not being Xmas Day or Easter Friday)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee on 13 September 1985 made an order under section 221A (19) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 authorising the closing of the premises after the usual hours of closing for the Chartered Club known as the Commercial Travellers Club Inc.
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the closing of the premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any New Years Eve closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Years Day.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
Public Bar, Lounge Bar and Private Functions Bar.
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve (not being Sunday)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Years Eve (not being Sunday)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Years Day.
