To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve closing at 11 p.m.
(b) On New Year’s Eve closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Years Day.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the No. 3 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foster), gives notice of the receipt of the following applications and will hold a public sitting in the Boardroom, Second Floor, Central Waikato Electric Power Board, 157 Angelsea Street, Hamilton at the time and date stated to hear evidence for or against granting them.

P3/825 Simpson’s Bus Services Ltd.: Amend Passenger Transport Service Licence No. 00187 by the following timetable alterations:
(a) Kimihia Service—Delete 8.30 a.m., 10.00 a.m. and 11.25 a.m. services on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Delete 8.30 a.m. service on Tuesdays and Fridays.
(b) Pukemiro Service—Delete present timetable and substitute depart Huntly 3.20 daily via Rotowaro. Depart Pukemiro 9.15 Tuesday (via Rotowaro). Depart 9.15 Friday direct to Huntly.

(a) carry on service over combined routes (a) and (b) as required,
(b) carry mails and parcels up to 60 kilograms in weight, and
(c) use a light trailer for the carriage of mails and parcels.
