Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken in the Borough of
Devonport

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule to be road, and vested in the Devonport
Borough Council.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken
under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and
declares that the area marked ‘Q’ on S.O. Plan 57113 shall
be incorporated with the land in certificate of title
No. 26B/1440.
