Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for the Establishment
and Development of the Turangi Township to be Crown Land in
the County of Taupo

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
27th day of November 1984 and published in the Gazette of 6
December 1984, No. 227 at page 5459, declaring land held for the
establishment and development of the Turangi Township to be
Crown land in the County of Taupo, pursuant to section 42 of the
Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the Schedule thereto and
substituting the following Schedule.

"SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Puketi Survey District,
described as follows:

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Blocks III, V and

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road
described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

(i) Sections 30, 31 and 32, Block VI, Te Kuri Survey District shall
vest in Combe Head Farms Limited at Dargaville, subject
to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 734219.2 and 734219.3,

be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence
