Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Block IV,
Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
the 26th day of November 1984, published in the Gazette, 6
December 1984, No. 227, at page 5462; acquiring land for road in
Block IV, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, by omitting
the words “shall vest in the Crown” and substituting the words
“shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay County Council”.
