Land and Easements Over Land for Water Supply Purposes in

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water supply purposes and shall vest in The Whangarei City Council and a right of way easement and an easement to convey water over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in The Whangarei City Council the rights contained in paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired for water supply purposes on the 24th day of October 1985.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Waimairi District
Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, and vests the said reserve in The Waimairi District Council in trust for that purpose.
