Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Waimairi District Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in The Waimairi District Council in trust for that purpose.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose reserve (cemetery), and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Waipori Cemetery.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XIV, Hastings Survey District

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minster of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Thames-Coromandel District Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
