(b) Gasoline (motor spirits) and diesel (gas oil) from any port installation or bulk depot to Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited's customers BUT is not exempt from section 109 (1) for the purposes of bulk deliveries from a port installation to any depot or from one depot to another.

The Company shall keep a record of all petroleum products save and except gasoline and diesel delivered within the normal bulk distribution area of depots and this record shall be made available for inspection by any duly authorised officer of the Transport Department on reasonable notice.

Exempt from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 in the No. 5A, 5B, 6 and 7 Goods Service Districts for one vehicle.
