(a) New Service: Bulls depart 5 p.m., Wanganui arrive 5.45 p.m., and Bulls depart 7.15 p.m., Wanganui arrive 8 p.m.

(b) Not more than 8 tonnes in bulk per consignee per trip of fresh chipped potatoes or whole peeled chilled potatoes, from the premises of Manawatu Potato Processors Foxton to the premises of Chicken Food Distributors Ltd., at Wellington, Carterton or Hastings. A and B exempt from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962. One Vehicle.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licenced Premises—Marlborough Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Marlborough Licensing Committee on 12 September 1985, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Pier Hotel, Kalkoura.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school:
St Patrick’s School, Kaponga.
The said supplementary integration agreement comes into effect on 23 September 1985. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.

The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 2, 1985
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 2, 1985.
The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The Traffic (Kawakawa Town District) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 14th day of February 1973*, and the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 2, 1973, dated the 5th day of June 1973†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, are revoked.
