Maniototo Irrigation District Amending Order 1985

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 208 of the Public Works Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council makes the following order
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Maniototo Irrigation District Amending Order 1985.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Maniototo Irrigation District Amending Order 1984, New Zealand Gazette, 18 October 1984, No. 188, page 4507, is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the 'First Schedule' and replacing it with the 'Second Schedule'.

The following amendments are made to the Maniototo Irrigation District Order 1975, New Zealand Gazette, 26 June 1975, No. 53, page 1405, as amended by the Maniototo Irrigation District Amending Order 1984:
(a) Clauses 4, 5 and 6 are replaced by the following clauses 4, 5 and 6:
"4. The basic charge which will be payable in respect of all irrigable land commanded by the proposed irrigation scheme shall be $0.00 per hectare.
"5. The water availability charges which will be payable for water supplied up to a depth of 750 mm shall be $7.14 per 1000 cubic metres received from supply points (reducible over the first 6 seasons of supply to the charges set out in the Third Schedule).
"6. The extra water charges which will be payable for water supplied in excess of a depth of 750 mm shall be $14.28 per 1000 cubic metres received from supply points".
(b) The Third Schedule is omitted and replaced with the following Third Schedule:
