"2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1985, No. 10".
to read
"2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1985, No. 9".

In the Second Schedule of the notice with the above heading dated 16 September 1985, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 September 1985, No. 180, page 4231, for "LT Plan 5775" read "LT Plan 5777S".

CORRIGENDUM
Notice of Resolution to Vary Hours for Sale of Liquor at Trust Premises—Invercargill Licensing Trust
In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 September 1985, No. 164, page 3851.
Paragraph (c) should be inserted for the Rugby Friars Liquor Barrel and read as
(c) On any Friday or Saturday other than Anzac Day—Opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 9 o'clock in the evening. Where Friday or Saturday falls on a statutory holiday the premises are to be open from 9 o'clock in the morning and closing at 7 o'clock in the evening.

CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated 5 September 1985 published in New Zealand Gazette of 12 September 1985, No. 168 at page 3933, declaring land held by a local authority to be set apart for housing purposes, for the words "State housing purposes" in the third line, read "housing purposes" which words appear in the original notice signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Tararua State Forest Park.
