PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to section 178 of the
Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby
authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim an area of 2900
square metres of seabed of the Waitemata Harbour, as shown on
plan MD 16353, 1 sheet (S.O. 59006), deposited in the office of the
Secretary for Transport at Wellington, and as more particularly
described in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE

ALL that land situated in the Waitemata Survey District of the North
Auckland Land District containing 2900 square metres, more or
less, being part of Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 on
Deposited Plan 9097 being part certificate of title 473/257, balance
certificate of title 473/250 and part certificates of title 473/249,
473/254 and 473/246 being part of the seabed of the Waitemata
Harbour and more particularly shown marked 'A' on plan MD 16353
(S.O. 59006), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport
at Wellington.
