Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Ian Cecil Knox of Kerikeri, real estate manager, and Beren Margaret Knox, his wife, and declares that the stopped road shall, when so vested, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 57B/876, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. B. 311601.2 and B. 311601.3, North Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which has become road limited access road and State highway, which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 26 and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day of September 1985.
