Amending a Declaration Declaring a Right of Way Easement to
be Acquired Over Land in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 30th day of May 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 June 1985, No. 105 at page 2456, declaring a right of way easement acquired over land by omitting the following from the Second Schedule:

“303 Lots 8 and 9, D.P. 1511. All declaration No. A048912.
336 Part Section 167, Town of Wellington and Lot 6, D.P. 1511, being part Section 165, Town of Wellington. All declaration No. 955496.”

and substituting the following
